Wrangler, SUV and four-wheel drive: check the details

The model name, body style and drivetrain are different features. If you need a specific Wrangler, automatic transmission, roof type or four-wheel drive, include that in your enquiry and obtain written confirmation. A photo or “or similar” does not guarantee a model.

For several travellers, check usable seats and boot space for all your luggage. Consider comfort, access to the rear seats and the journeys you plan during your stay.

What to include in your availability enquiry

Provide dates and times, passenger numbers, luggage and the model or features you must have. Specify your preferred location: airport, port, accommodation or office. The reply should confirm the handover point, hours and price before you book.

An enquiry is not a reservation. If you accept a direct offer, retain the confirmation and the terms supplied in writing.

Agree on use, cover and return

Explain the journeys you intend to make. The appearance of a 4x4 does not mean your contract permits driving away from authorised routes. Check permitted use, cover, exclusions and driver requirements before hiring.

Review fuel, deposit and return arrangements as you would for any hire car. For an open roof, extra equipment or a different return location, confirm the procedure and any charge.
